| Bio: SA Carr was an active member of Saint Paul Catholic Church in Damascus, MD.
SA Carr was a Distinguished Military Graduate of Western Maryland College (now McDaniel College) in 1984. He received his commission as an Officer, and served the Active Duty Army and Maryland National Guard as an Army Aviator.
Following his military service, Mr. Carr was employed as a Special Agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation, recently retiring after 20 years of service. He was recognized many times during his career for his exemplary role in several high profile espionage cases, most notably receiving the Director's Award in 2003. |
